Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Business and Product Recruiting team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States where you will play a critical part in shaping our core business functions, including Finance, Legal, People Operations, and Product. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process while acting as a key ambassador for our brand.
Your impact
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process, from qualifying requirements and sourcing top-tier talent to managing the final offer stage.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and company leadership to facilitate effective interview processes and drive high-quality hiring decisions.
- Continuously innovate and improve our recruiting strategies and candidate experience to ensure we attract world-class talent.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in competitive industries, with a minimum of 2 years specifically focused on Business or Product roles.
- Proven ability to partner directly with hiring managers and evaluate candidates for both behavioral fit and technical competencies.
- Strong expertise in sourcing passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with the Lever ATS, hold a Bachelor's degree, or have a genuine interest in the autonomous and electric vehicle industry.
