About the Role
This is a Junior level position offered on a Contractor basis. You will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline and building strong relationships with prospective clients. This role is strictly on-site, requiring you to be present to facilitate our marketing and sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospect data provided by management to invite them to face-to-face meetings or events designed to increase our sales conversion rates.
- Proactively generate new leads and invite these potential clients to participate in our marketing activities and sales events.
- Execute the full range of processes and activities necessary to successfully close property sales.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in the following areas:
- Proven ability to manage sales processes and execute marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in data entry and the ability to maintain high-quality information within our management systems.
- Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- A willingness to participate in company training sessions, whether conducted in person or via teleconference.
