As we continue to scale our operations, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team at our headquarters in Henderson, Nevada.

What is this role?

We are seeking a Mid-Level R&D Technician to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will play a vital role in advancing our engineering projects by providing hands-on support, testing, and prototyping for our current and future product lines. This position follows a weekday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with electrical engineers to design systems, draft technical documentation, and create electrical schematics.
• Conduct rigorous testing and troubleshooting on electrical components to identify issues, resolve problems, and ensure optimal functionality.
• Handle the installation and maintenance of equipment, including fabricating parts for prototypes, performing soldering and crimping, and assembling cables according to engineering specifications.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering principles. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:

• At least two years of experience in industrial equipment assembly and a high school diploma, though an Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology is preferred.
• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, along with hands-on experience using testing tools like oscilloscopes and power analyzers.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• The physical ability to lift up to 55 pounds, operate an industrial forklift, and adhere to all safety and PPE standards.
• Fluency in English and the legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
