What you bring

We are seeking a Senior R&D Glazing Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be at the heart of our engineering and construction efforts, utilizing your problem-solving skills to refine our systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, prototyping, and testing new curtain wall and facade components to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborating closely with our drafting and engineering departments to troubleshoot design challenges and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Providing hands-on technical support for both current and legacy projects to ensure our systems meet rigorous industry standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a solid background in curtain wall or facade systems. We value candidates who are proficient with mechanical tools and possess the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints with ease. You should be a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to safety. Because our work often spans international borders, you must be comfortable traveling within Canada and the United States for up to a week at a time. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be working across various cross-functional teams to bring our designs to life.

What we offer
