Responsibilities
- Improve the performance and scalability of our core Ruby on Rails application.
- Design and optimize data storage solutions using PostgreSQL and various object storage services.
- Build new features for organizations and communities while managing integrations with external platforms.
Requirements
We value your ability to learn quickly and solve problems over formal credentials. While we do not require a college degree, we are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive with a high degree of autonomy.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on empathy for your teammates and our users.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or developing on-premise enterprise software.
