The role
We are seeking a Senior QuickCode Solutions Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. Core responsibilities
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for QuickCode, leading product demonstrations and facilitating ROI analyses to help prospects understand the value of our billing solutions.
- Own a specific market quota and partner closely with Account Managers to develop sales strategies, manage the pipeline, and move opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Support the post-sale implementation process to ensure successful customer onboarding and a smooth transition to our Clinical Success team.
Skills and experience
- At least 3 years of experience in software sales or a similar consultative sales role.
- Deep, hands-on expertise in radiation oncology billing, including a strong understanding of coding, billing workflows, and department processes.
- High proficiency with CRM software, with a preference for candidates experienced in Salesforce.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to engage stakeholders by clearly communicating both the financial and clinical value of our software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and product teams.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 USD, with additional bonus eligibility. We support our team members with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance with significant employer contributions.
- Disability and life insurance coverage.
- A 401(k) plan with immediate employer match vesting.
- Generous paid time off and 10 paid holidays.
- A fully remote work environment supported by a home office setup stipend and a monthly internet allowance.
- Opportunities for professional development, including reimbursements for memberships and conference attendance.
- Regular company retreats and virtual team events.
