Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States, where you will focus on pushing production-level code and enhancing our core infrastructure.

Your impact

Enhance our live trading systems and research infrastructure through continuous technological innovation.
Take ownership of significant tools and processes by proposing iterations and solving inefficiencies within your first few months.
Develop and deploy high-performance software, utilizing modern C++ to support our alpha generation processes and simulation environments.

What you'll need

We value a hacker’s approach to problem-solving and a persistent drive to improve. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

Deep expertise in C++ and a strong grasp of low-level programming nuances.
A solid foundation in data structures, numerical algorithms, and algorithmic complexity.
Experience with systems architecture, specifically regarding distributed systems and communication.
Proficiency in software architecture and the ability to work effectively within a large, complex codebase.
A team-oriented mindset, mental flexibility, and a data-driven approach to testing new ideas.
Fluency in English.
