Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Technologist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in the United States, where you will focus on pushing production-level code and enhancing our core infrastructure.

Your impact

• Enhance our live trading systems and research infrastructure through continuous technological innovation.
• Take ownership of significant tools and processes by proposing iterations and solving inefficiencies within your first few months.
• Develop and deploy high-performance software, utilizing modern C++ to support our alpha generation processes and simulation environments.

What you'll need

We value a hacker’s approach to problem-solving and a persistent drive to improve. To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

• Deep expertise in C++ and a strong grasp of low-level programming nuances.
• A solid foundation in data structures, numerical algorithms, and algorithmic complexity.
• Experience with systems architecture, specifically regarding distributed systems and communication.
• Proficiency in software architecture and the ability to work effectively within a large, complex codebase.
• A team-oriented mindset, mental flexibility, and a data-driven approach to testing new ideas.
• Fluency in English.
