Role at a glance
This is a full-time, remote position open to candidates anywhere in the world. We are looking for a seasoned professional to join our engineering team and help us refine our trading infrastructure and protocol logic.
Your impact
- Manage, optimize, and scale our automated trading strategies across both on-chain environments and centralized exchanges to ensure reliable, real-time execution.
- Work alongside our product and research teams to influence the core functionality of our exchange and contribute directly to protocol-level logic.
- Maintain the integrity of our platform by identifying potential vulnerabilities, analyzing adversarial behaviors, and proactively securing our trading architecture.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone who is optimistic, high-agency, and deeply curious about the blockchain space. You should be mission-driven and focused on building substance rather than following trends.
- A deep background in quantitative analysis, market microstructure, or algorithmic trading.
- Proficiency in Python or Rust, with the ability to prototype and review complex logic.
- Hands-on experience working with DeFi protocols or on-chain trading bots.
- A hacker mindset that allows you to anticipate risks and think like an adversary to keep our systems robust.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
