The role

We are looking for a Quantitative Products Trader to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance and technology. You will play a vital role in our front-office operations, focusing on protocol and exchange market making while supporting our proprietary trading initiatives. You will be instrumental in maintaining the health of our order books and driving the evolution of our trading systems.

Core responsibilities

• Design, implement, and refine automated trading, hedging, and risk management strategies to capture opportunities within cryptocurrency markets.
• Build and maintain robust data environments, including simulation frameworks and evaluation tools, to accelerate our research and trading performance.
• Analyze proprietary and client flow data to optimize profit and loss outcomes for our market making business.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of market mechanics. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of front-office experience in client-facing market making within FX or crypto, alongside 5 years of total technical experience.
• A degree in a quantitative or technical field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
• Proven proficiency in Python, with Java experience being highly valued.
• Strong analytical capabilities, specifically regarding large datasets and machine learning applications.
• A solid grasp of market micro-structure and a commitment to production-level code design.
• Fluency in English.
