Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based at our offices in London, United Kingdom. You will be an integral part of our engineering team, moving beyond simple ticket-based tasks to solve complex, open-ended problems that directly impact our product suite.

Your impact

• Collaborate with product managers and research analysts to define project requirements and shape the future of our software.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality REST APIs, data processing pipelines, and Python libraries.
• Take ownership of production systems by writing clean, well-tested code and managing deployments with a pragmatic, impact-focused mindset.

What you'll need

We value the person over the CV, but you should bring a strong technical foundation and a collaborative spirit. You must be fluent in English and possess the following skills:

• Expertise in Python, specifically with tools like FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, NumPy, and Pandas.
• Deep knowledge of SQL, including schema design and performance tuning in PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working with financial data, traditional statistical models, and transformer LLMs.
• A self-driven attitude with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
