What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to join us on a Full Time basis. You will work closely with our research and engineering teams to build robust software solutions that drive our trading, risk management, and alpha generation efforts. This role is on-site, with positions available in both the United States and China. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing and optimizing high-performance systems for global trading and backtesting.
• Integrating our research and trading infrastructure with cloud platforms like AWS and GCP.
• Enhancing our machine learning pipelines, specifically focusing on training and real-time model serving.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a passion for building scalable systems. We require a degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, statistics, or mathematics from a top-tier university. You must be proficient in Python and at least one statically typed language like C++, Java, or Go. Experience with Unix environments and Shell scripting is essential. We value candidates who communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail, and thrive in high-pressure environments. If you have previous experience in investment firms or managing large-scale machine learning infrastructure, you will be a particularly strong fit for our team.
