What you bring

We are looking for a Senior Quantitative Developer to join us on a full-time basis at our offices in the United States or China. You will work closely with our engineering and research teams to build robust software that powers our trading and risk management infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and fine-tuning high-performance systems for global trading and backtesting.
• Managing the integration of our research and trading platforms with cloud environments like AWS and GCP.
• Enhancing our machine learning pipelines and real-time model serving capabilities.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require a degree from a top-tier university in a quantitative field such as computer science, physics, statistics, or mathematics. You must be proficient in Python or another general-purpose language, and you should have experience with statically typed languages like C++, Java, or Go. A deep understanding of Unix systems and Shell scripting is essential, as is the ability to design scalable, distributed algorithms. We value candidates who are detail-oriented, communicate clearly, and thrive in high-pressure environments. If you have previous experience in investment management or hands-on work with Big Data and machine learning infrastructure, you will be a particularly strong fit for our team.
