The opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. In this role, you will be the champion of our software performance and reliability. You will go beyond simple bug tracking by designing robust test strategies and integrating automation directly into our CI/CD pipelines. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our releases are not only fast but also flawless, all while mentoring your colleagues and helping us refine our approach to software quality.

A day in the life

• You will lead our automation initiatives by developing and maintaining high-quality scripts and frameworks that make our testing processes faster and more dependable.
• You will perform risk-based testing by identifying critical areas of our software, executing regression suites, and analyzing results to ensure our users receive a seamless experience.
• You will collaborate closely with our developers to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that automated tests provide immediate, actionable feedback during the development cycle.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with at least three years of experience in Software QA, specifically with a focus on test automation. You are comfortable writing detailed test plans and scripts, and you have a strong grasp of modern testing frameworks and scripting languages. We value candidates who are curious and innovative, especially those who know how to leverage generative AI to solve complex problems and boost team productivity. You communicate clearly, pay close attention to the details, and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or possess equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in English is required for this role.
