Following a successful $65 million Series B2 funding round, we are looking for a Quality & Delivery Manager to join our team and help us solve complex infrastructure challenges as we continue to scale.
Key outcomes
- Lead the development and execution of our quality strategy, ensuring a balance between high-velocity delivery and robust software confidence.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle by reviewing and improving processes to support scaling and consistent delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate across multiple engineering squads to provide support, tactical prioritization, and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance testing practices, including the implementation of quality pyramids and modern testing frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering leaders and logistics partners to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Create visibility into delivery efforts for executive leadership, fostering empathy and understanding for the engineering process.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in leadership or senior expert roles, with a proven ability to influence engineering teams.
- Technical proficiency in reviewing code written in Ruby, TypeScript, and Go.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS and GCP.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrumban, and sprint-based workflows.
- Extensive experience with quality assurance tools and testing frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with executive teams and external partners.
- A self-driven approach to problem-solving and a track record of building systems or policies that increase team productivity.
- Professional fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in the logistics industry, particularly regarding the movement of digital and physical goods at scale.
