The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance professional to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability and performance of our platform. You will work closely with our engineering and product teams to plan testing activities, provide actionable feedback, and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect. Because we are a collaborative, global team, this position requires daily overlap with our US-Eastern working hours, specifically from 6:30pm to 9:30pm IST.

A day in the life

• Perform manual and exploratory testing of our platform while utilizing our own AI-powered, low-code tools to optimize quality.
• Collaborate with software developers and product managers to design comprehensive testing strategies and plan upcoming activities.
• Analyze testing results, report findings to key stakeholders, and refine test data to ensure deep, effective coverage.

Who you are

You are an experienced tester who is passionate about quality and eager to contribute to a high-velocity engineering environment. You communicate effectively and enjoy working with diverse, global teams.

• You have 5 or more years of experience testing external-facing web or mobile applications.
• You possess a strong understanding of the software development life cycle and have experience creating and executing detailed test plans.
• You are comfortable using command-line tools and have some software development experience, such as writing scripts in Playwright.
• You are proficient in English and can commit to the required daily overlap with US-Eastern time zones.
• You have a demonstrable interest in test automation and are excited to work with technologies like TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, React, and Redux.
