The opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Tester and Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our engineering efforts and our end users. You will ensure our trading software is reliable and intuitive while creating clear, accessible documentation that helps our traders work more effectively. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping our future knowledge base, specifically by helping us integrate AI-augmented tools that allow users to find information through natural-language queries. This is a unique chance to influence both the quality of our products and how we communicate technical information across the firm.

A day in the life

• Design and execute manual test cases to verify software functionality, identify bugs, and conduct regression testing to ensure our trading tools remain stable and reliable.
• Translate complex technical features into user-friendly guides, knowledge base articles, and visual documentation like annotated diagrams or GIFs.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and traders to gather feedback and refine both our software and our internal documentation processes.

Who you are

You are an experienced professional with 3 to 5 years of background in software testing and technical writing, ideally within the fintech or trading space. You possess a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to your work. You are proficient with bug tracking tools like Jira and documentation platforms like Confluence. Most importantly, you have the ability to explain technical concepts in a way that is easy for traders to consume, and you are excited about the prospect of structuring content for AI-driven search tools. You are fluent in English and ready to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
