What is this role?
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a management-level position where you will oversee the compliance and surveillance of a Medical Records Retrieval Program for a federal client. You will be responsible for ensuring that all program activities align with contractual agreements, organizational policies, and performance standards.
What will you do?
- Quality Oversight: You will monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements, while also validating and enhancing our existing quality control procedures.
- Auditing and Reporting: You will conduct regular audits using stratified random sampling and produce weekly reports that provide data-driven insights into performance trends and compliance gaps.
- Team Leadership: You will supervise a team of Quality Assurance Specialists, offering training and performance guidance to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in quality management and program oversight. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality assurance or program management, ideally within the government contracting or healthcare sectors.
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel and Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- The ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for organizing complex processes.
