We are looking for a mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer to join our global, remote-first team on a full-time basis. You will have the freedom to work from anywhere while playing a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our blockchain ecosystem. Your impact

• Take ownership of the full software development lifecycle by creating and executing both manual and automated test plans to ensure our solutions remain robust.
• Champion a quality-first mindset across the engineering team by introducing new testing standards and tools that accelerate our development velocity.
• Act as the primary point of contact for user feedback by triaging bug reports from Discord, Telegram, and email while providing regular reports on the health of our production systems.

What you'll need

To succeed in this role, you should be comfortable navigating ambiguity and eager to grow within a fast-paced startup environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a Quality Assurance role.
• Proficiency with TypeScript, React, and Playwright.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• A proactive, independent work ethic with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• A genuine passion for the startup ecosystem and a desire to contribute to the Web3 and blockchain space.
• Experience with tools like Jest, Firebase, GitHub Actions, Grafana, Prometheus, and PostgreSQL is highly valued.
• Bonus points if you have prior experience with Cosmos, L1 architectures, or BDD frameworks like Gherkin and Cucumber.
