We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our hybrid team in Los Angeles, helping us maintain high standards of reliability as we expand the possibilities of pet healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead the expansion of our test automation to ensure full end-to-end coverage across our core web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to design and run test plans that combine manual testing with automated execution.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure quality is built into our solutions from the start.
- Act as a subject matter expert for testing, focusing on features that directly impact the user experience.
- Assist our internal Help Desk by triaging and resolving reported defects.
- Continuously improve our testing tools and processes to build more scalable solutions.
- Communicate project risks proactively and seek out opportunities for professional growth.
Must-haves
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and the importance of end-to-end testing.
- Proven experience with automation tools like Detox and Playwright, including setting up and scaling infrastructure.
- Strong ability to create and execute test plans for both mobile and web applications.
- A proactive mindset toward quality and a passion for learning in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $129,000 per year, with final compensation determined by your specific skills and experience.
