Our platform combines artificial intelligence with complex data sources like electronic health records to produce evidence that meets the rigorous standards required for regulatory and reimbursement decisions.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage automated data quality checks using Python, SQL, and Snowflake to maintain our internal data standards.
- Keep a close watch on data pipelines to detect anomalies and pinpoint potential quality concerns.
- Enhance our existing test frameworks, libraries, and overall execution efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and propose effective solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Keep current with emerging data quality methodologies, tools, and regulations specific to the healthcare industry.
- Provide management with regular updates on project status, quality metrics, bug reports, and release readiness.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering from a reputable institution.
- At least 4 years of professional experience in quality assurance, data engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and working with RDBMS.
- Proven ability to develop automation using Python.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and standard processes.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, combined with a detail-oriented and self-driven approach.
Nice-to-haves
- A Master’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- Prior experience working with healthcare data and industry-specific quality tools.
