Blue Spire Inc is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. At the Arizona Department of Education we design and deliver award-winning web applications that serve hundreds of thousands of K-12 students, teachers, parents, and school staff across the state. In this role you will help ensure the quality and reliability of our .NET-based educational platforms by guiding our testing practices from manual processes toward greater automation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for applications built on our .NET platform.
- Write and publish clear test results and status updates while collaborating with developers, product managers, and operations teams.
- Design and maintain test data, participate in functional, regression, user-acceptance, and load testing, and help establish the metrics required by our QA standards.
Requirements
- Intermediate-level SQL skills, demonstrated during the interview process.
- Hands-on experience using Selenium to evaluate testing needs and create automation scripts.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and the ability to work within a .NET environment.
- Experience guiding teams through the transition from manual to automated testing as product lines expand.
