About the Role

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester to join our Business Systems and ERP team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and quality of our internal systems. You will take ownership of our quality assurance processes, design scalable automated tests, and collaborate with developers and business analysts to verify new developments through comprehensive testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable automated quality assurance tests while establishing best practices for the team.
• Take full ownership of all QA activities, including the creation of detailed test plans and test cases to verify new system developments.
• Collaborate with developers and ERP users to build effective test frameworks and ensure robust automated test coverage.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a quality assurance role.
• Proven experience working with ERP systems, ideally including familiarity with the order-to-cash business process.
• Strong technical expertise in relational databases and data integration flows, specifically within AWS environments.
• Demonstrated experience working within Agile project frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts.
• A self-starting mindset with the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment.

This position is based on-site in the United States.
