The opportunity
As a key member of our engineering team, you will take ownership of our quality standards. This role is about more than just finding bugs. It is about creating an environment where quality is built into every line of code. You will bridge the gap between development, data science, and product teams to ensure our releases are seamless and our internal tools are as efficient as possible. You will play a vital role in shaping how we build and maintain our AI-assisted development suite, directly impacting the speed and reliability of our entire engineering organization.
A day in the life
- You will design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies for our SDK and data platforms, ensuring every bug is documented and addressed.
- You will develop and maintain sophisticated test automation suites using Python, integrating these tests into our CI pipelines to catch issues before they reach production.
- You will manage our project hygiene by overseeing Jira workflows, maintaining clear dashboards, and ensuring our sprint processes remain predictable and productive.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a deep background in Quality Assurance and Test Automation. You communicate fluently in English and possess the technical expertise to handle complex API testing and regression testing with ease. You are comfortable writing scripts to automate repetitive tasks, and you have a knack for improving developer workflows. Most importantly, you are a quality advocate who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to shift testing to the earliest stages of the development cycle.
