Key outcomes

• Integrate directly into client teams to perform daily quality assurance activities alongside their existing designers and engineers.
• Contribute to FullStack product teams that design, build, and deliver complete software solutions for clients.
• Create and execute system and regression test plans that verify both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Apply manual testing techniques to websites and web applications while documenting results in Jira and Google Sheets.
• Collaborate within Agile and Scrum environments to ensure deliverables meet quality standards throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Requirements

• Two or more years of professional Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong hands-on experience conducting manual testing of websites and web applications.
• Proficiency with Jira for issue tracking and test management.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets for test documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Selenium for supporting automated test scenarios.
• Knowledge of various testing types, including functional and non-functional testing.
• Experience creating system and regression test plans.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• A thorough understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills.
• Forensic attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive, optimistic, can-do attitude with a commitment to best practices.
• Ability to consistently work forty hours per week.
