About the Role
We are looking for a QA Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will lead our quality assurance efforts, focusing on test automation and the implementation of effective testing strategies. You will guide our team as we refine our processes and ensure that our software consistently meets rigorous quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive quality strategy that aligns with our broader product and business objectives.
- Lead and mentor our team of QA engineers, offering technical guidance and coaching to foster professional growth.
- Drive innovation in our testing processes by overseeing automation efforts and integrating best practices into our CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should have a strong background in engineering and a deep commitment to software quality. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in software quality assurance, including 4 or more years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Practical, hands-on experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
- A solid understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control systems.
Location
This position is based in India and is an on-site role.
