We are currently looking for a QA Lead to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy that aligns with our broader product and engineering goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of engineers, establishing high standards for quality that improve efficiency across all projects.
- Utilize TypeScript and Playwright to build and maintain sophisticated automated testing frameworks.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in quality assurance and leadership. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity, managing QA teams and navigating complex testing environments.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with automated testing, specifically using TypeScript and Playwright.
- Deep familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and a proven ability to integrate QA processes into the development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, CRM, and data units.
