About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QA Lead / Business Data Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. This role acts as a vital bridge between our quality assurance team and business stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring that our software solutions are not only technically sound but also perfectly aligned with our clients' business objectives. This is a dynamic position that requires a blend of deep analytical capability, domain expertise, and a strong command of modern quality assurance practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, and scripts while leading the execution of test scenarios to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Serve as a primary liaison between development, QA, and business teams to facilitate communication, resolve defects, and drive project alignment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in both business analysis and quality assurance. We value candidates who are proactive, analytical, and capable of communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in quality assurance and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Data Science, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, API Management, and established QA processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business data to recommend quality improvements.
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Flexibility to work across various U.S. time zones and coordinate with international teams, along with a willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Reltio MDM and professional certifications such as ISTQB or CBAP are considered a plus.
