Role at a glance
We are searching for a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our engineering team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates anywhere. You will play a vital role in our distributed team, focusing on elevating our testing practices and ensuring the quality of our digital insurance solutions.
Your impact
- Take charge of manual testing efforts, including UI, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure a flawless user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust automated test cases to streamline our project workflows.
- Partner closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to guarantee efficient and accurate project execution.
What you'll need
We are looking for a technical professional who can hit the ground running and help us improve our processes. You should have:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a QA role.
- Proven ability to write both manual and automated test cases within a team environment.
- Hands-on experience with project management and bug tracking tools like Jira and TestRail.
- Proficiency with API and data analysis tools, specifically Postman and Splunk.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- A solid grasp of web-based technologies and modern testing best practices.
