What you bring

We are looking for a mid-level QA Engineer to join our team on a contractor basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. You will be an integral part of our engineering team, working with technologies such as Ruby on Rails, ReactJS, AWS, RSpec, and Postgres. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our product, design, and engineering teams to ensure our features meet the highest quality standards.
• Executing various testing strategies, including UI, regression, smoke, and sanity tests.
• Developing detailed test plans and structured test cases based on technical design documents and project requirements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate thrives in an early-stage startup environment and brings at least two years of experience testing web-based applications. You should have high-level knowledge of various testing methodologies and be comfortable using project management and test case management tools. We value candidates who possess a keen eye for detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Excellent English communication skills are essential, as you will be collaborating closely with cross-functional partners who value a voice that is heard and respected.
