We are the team behind CKEditor, a suite of software components that powers content creation for millions of users worldwide, from major corporations like Microsoft to organizations like NASA. As part of the Tiugo Technologies family, we focus on building high-quality developer tools, including our flagship CKEditor 5. We are currently looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will help us maintain the highest standards for our Cloud Services and our customer-facing portal, ensuring our tools remain reliable and efficient for developers everywhere.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end testing for complex cloud services and back-end systems, working extensively with AWS and Docker environments.
- Design and implement automation scripts for API and environment testing, ensuring seamless integration across our SaaS and on-premises deployments.
- Collaborate closely with our developers to triage and resolve technical issues while proactively identifying risks to improve our overall test coverage and CI reliability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in QA engineering with a focus on automation using JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Practical expertise in modern E2E testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.
- Strong proficiency in API testing, including the use of tools like Postman and the ability to interpret Swagger or OpenAPI documentation.
- A solid understanding of web architecture, including REST APIs, HTTP, WebSockets, and containerization with Node.js and Docker.
- Fluency in Polish and a professional working proficiency in English.
- A curious, critical mindset that drives you to dig deep into technical challenges rather than settling for surface-level fixes.
