Winona is a leader in the telemedicine space, dedicated to providing hormone replacement therapy for women navigating menopause. We operate a fully vertically integrated model that includes our own compounding pharmacies, in-house physicians, and a complete suite of proprietary technology, such as our patient portal, EHR, and administrative systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute thorough manual test cases for our web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Perform a variety of testing methods, including functional, regression, exploratory, and cross-browser testing across multiple operating systems.
- Utilize Postman to test REST APIs and write SQL queries to validate backend data.
- Document and track defects using ClickUp, ensuring every bug is reproducible and verified through to resolution.
- Work within an Agile Scrum framework by participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify potential risks and edge cases while contributing to our overall QA documentation and test strategy.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional experience in software quality assurance for web and mobile environments.
- Solid understanding of the software development life cycle and core QA methodologies.
- Hands-on proficiency with tools like Postman, ClickUp, and SQL for data validation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Availability to overlap with our US-based team for 4 to 5 hours during EST.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with BDD and Gherkin syntax.
- Familiarity with cross-browser testing platforms like BrowserStack.
