As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dedicated QA Engineer to join our global team and help us maintain the high standards our clients expect.
What you'll be doing
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, focusing on the end-to-end integration between our Collaborative Accounts Receivable platform and Oracle NetSuite.
- Take full ownership of your projects by analyzing process gaps, documenting regression workflows, and actively improving our internal QA best practices.
- Partner closely with product managers, developers, and customer care teams to identify real-world use cases and advocate for quality throughout the entire development lifecycle.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a curious and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in software testing. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in various testing methodologies, including integration, security, load, and regression testing.
- Proven experience working with the Oracle NetSuite ERP system.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with API testing tools like REST-Assured and Postman.
- Familiarity with industry-standard development and management tools such as Git, Jira, and Jenkins.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex system issues clearly to cross-functional partners.
- A proactive mindset, with experience or interest in applying AI and machine learning technologies to QA processes.
