We are ConverseNow, the premier conversational AI platform for the restaurant industry. We specialize in automating voice-based ordering across drive-thrus, phone lines, and mobile chat. With 18 million dollars in funding from investors like CRAFT Ventures, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in India on a full-time, on-site basis.
Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements to identify critical testing scenarios for each sprint.
- Collaborate with the QA team to build robust test strategies and comprehensive plans.
- Participate actively in daily scrums and product planning sessions.
- Execute manual and automated test cases while analyzing the results.
- Report bugs to the development team and work cross-functionally to ensure high quality throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing to maintain product integrity after updates or fixes.
Must-haves
- Three to five years of professional software testing experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Deep understanding of the software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Practical experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Clear, concise communication skills in English for documenting and presenting findings.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
