We’re looking for a highly skilled and analytical Manual QA Engineer to join our R&D team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong technical background, deep understanding of software architecture, and hands-on experience with both frontend and backend systems. As part of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our cutting-edge ad-tech products by working closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do
- Gain an in-depth understanding of our product’s architecture and functionality
- Perform exploratory testing and ensure high-quality feature releases
- Lead test strategy and execution for complex features, collaborating with development teams
- Be involved in the full development lifecycle, including BDD reviews, design meetings, and feature planning
- Work with various backend and frontend technologies, including AWS, Kafka, Grafana, Amazon Redshift, and Kibana
- Investigate and analyze data flow across different systems to ensure system integrity
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and technical teams to drive quality initiatives
- Take ownership of projects, from test planning to execution and delivery.
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience as a QA Engineer in a technical environment
- Strong understanding of software architecture – the ability to analyze end-to-end system behavior – must
- Experience with both backend and frontend testing
- Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, or cloud-based solutions)
- Experience testing complex web applications
- Ability to work independently and drive QA processes in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent in English
