About the Role
We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will be a vital part of our Channel Partner business unit, where you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will have the opportunity to define our testing strategies, shape our quality assurance best practices, and ensure the reliability of the platforms that support our solar initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our product, design, and fullstack engineering teams, including those working within the Salesforce ecosystem, to maintain high product standards.
- Design and implement comprehensive manual and automated test suites to validate new features and existing system functionality.
- Proactively identify, isolate, and document bugs while managing project release schedules and communicating effectively across departments.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance, specifically in creating and managing test plans.
- A minimum of 3 years of programming experience with a focus on scripting and automated testing.
- Proven experience working with the Salesforce platform.
- Strong proficiency in debugging complex systems and building test reporting dashboards to keep stakeholders informed.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving development environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $135,000 USD. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the flexibility of remote work to support a healthy work-life balance.
