What you bring

We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Cebu City, Philippines office. You will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of our software products by working alongside our U.S. and Philippine-based engineering and product teams. Your expertise in Engineering, Software Testing, and Quality Assurance will be essential as you utilize tools like Cypress, Playwright, and GitHub to drive our development process forward.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios to validate software performance and usability.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks to increase efficiency and ensure the reliability of our systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong foundation in software testing methodologies and a deep understanding of QA best practices. We value candidates who have excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues. You must be a clear communicator capable of working effectively with both local and international stakeholders. A commitment to continuous learning is essential, as you will need to adapt quickly to new technologies and domain-specific knowledge.
