About the Role
We are seeking a Mid-Level QA Engineer to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be an integral part of our product development team, exploring our architecture and codebase to identify potential challenges. You will act as a quality champion, coaching your colleagues on testing techniques and helping our autonomous teams deliver high-quality software within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across the entire product development lifecycle, from initial requirements and building to release, iteration, and ongoing support.
- Serve as a role model for quality standards, ensuring that testing processes are followed and features are thoroughly vetted using the testing pyramid.
- Navigate complex technical environments, such as blockchain, DeFi, and trading systems, while adapting effectively to evolving project needs.
Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong grasp of the full software development lifecycle and extensive experience with QA methodologies. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in testing APIs, back-end services, databases, messaging services, and user interfaces.
- A solid understanding of the test pyramid and manual testing phases.
- The ability to drive quality engineering forward and coach team members on best practices.
- Experience contributing to test automation solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

This position is based in the United Kingdom.
