We are at the forefront of the fight against financial crime, providing a platform that leverages behavior biometrics, machine learning, and device intelligence to stop fraud before it occurs. Our technology is trusted by over 300 banks, fintech firms, and retailers globally to combat account takeovers, payment fraud, and identity theft. Having secured 145 million dollars in funding from prominent investors like Google Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, and Visa, we are growing quickly and looking for passionate people to join our mission. We operate with a remote-first mindset, valuing high performance and ownership over rigid office hours, ensuring our team members have the flexibility to balance their professional and personal lives.
About the Role
We are seeking a QA Engineer Lead to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will define and scale our end-to-end quality strategy. Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain a scalable, automated testing framework for our backend APIs and frontend applications using tools like Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate quality gates into our CI/CD pipelines and promote a shift-left testing culture.
- Establish clear quality metrics and KPIs, such as test coverage and regression rates, while mentoring team members to uphold high standards of excellence.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in software engineering or QA, with a focus on testing within high-growth environments.
- A minimum of 2 years in a formal leadership or management role, including experience mentoring other engineers.
- Strong technical proficiency with modern automation frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright.
- A solid grasp of CI/CD workflows and experience building end-to-end automation for web, mobile, and API systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving complex technical challenges.

This position is remote and open to candidates located anywhere.
