About the Role

We are seeking a QA Engineer II to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this senior-level position, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our rapidly evolving fintech platform. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards across our web and mobile applications, ensuring that every release provides a seamless experience for our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases for our web, iOS, and Android platforms.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and estimate all testing activities within our agile sprints.
• Partner closely with our product managers and engineering teams to ensure the highest quality standards are met for every feature release.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in manual testing.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS.
• Proven ability to define and implement QA strategies for large-scale web and mobile software.
• Strong familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a geographically distributed team environment.
• Bonus points if you have experience with test management tools like TestRail, a background in product-focused companies, or knowledge of automation testing.

Location

This position is based in India and follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to be in the office at least 3 days per week.
