We are looking for a dedicated QA Automation Lead to join our team on a contract basis. Our organization focuses on delivering high-quality software solutions, and we rely on our testing professionals to ensure that every product we release meets the highest standards of performance and reliability. In this on-site role, you will be instrumental in shaping our testing strategy while guiding our technical staff toward excellence.

Key outcomes

Design and implement comprehensive test plans and detailed test cases to ensure full coverage of our software applications.
Lead and mentor a team of QA testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to streamline our release cycles.
Execute API testing and performance testing to identify potential bottlenecks before they reach production.
Collaborate closely with developers to resolve issues and improve overall system stability.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Significant professional experience serving as a QA Test Lead or in a similar leadership capacity.
Advanced technical proficiency with Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Postman.
Strong capability in SQL and various scripting languages.
A deep understanding of software quality assurance methodologies, processes, and modern testing tools.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to lead a team effectively.
A sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
