About the Role
We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This mid-level role is embedded within our largest title, June's Journey, where you will serve as an ambassador for quality and automation. You will play a vital part in shaping our QA strategy, standard practices, and overall framework development while collaborating across teams to ensure our releases are smooth and successful.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust automation testing frameworks alongside our feature teams.
- Explore and integrate new tools and processes to enhance our software development lifecycle.
- Develop and refine automated tests using a technical stack that includes C#, Unity, and Gradle.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we look for the following qualifications and skills:
- Professional experience in writing and automating tests, with a strong ability to dive into code daily.
- Proficiency in C#, gained through experience as a QA Automation Engineer or Software Developer.
- A strong background in Agile methodologies and cross-functional team collaboration.
- An advocate for quality and DevOps practices, ideally with ISTQB certification.
- A passion for learning new technologies and a commitment to sharing knowledge with your teammates.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Please note that our interview process includes a coding task in C#.
Location
This position is based in Germany and follows a hybrid work model.
