The role

We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be a vital member of our payments engineering group, where you will ensure the reliability and performance of our financial systems. We are seeking an experienced professional who can balance manual and automated testing while helping us refine our delivery processes in a fast-paced environment.

Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of testing activities by proactively identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions.
• Design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Develop and enhance our automation frameworks while integrating tests directly into our CI/CD pipelines.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software quality assurance and a passion for technical excellence. We value the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of QA experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in test automation.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and hands-on experience with automation tools like Playwright and Cucumber.
• Experience testing REST APIs and working with relational databases such as MySQL and MariaDB.
• Familiarity with Git, GitLab, Jira, and Xray within an Agile development environment.
• Strong communication skills in English and a proactive mindset for problem-solving.
• Previous experience in the iGaming industry is considered a significant advantage.
