The role
We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to join our Engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a vital position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating across departments to ensure our platforms deliver a seamless user experience. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our e-commerce sites, working closely with developers and site merchandising teams to test new features and content.
Core responsibilities
- Lead user acceptance testing and quality assurance efforts for all project releases.
- Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and cases for new feature development.
- Manage site regression and resolve production defects to ensure optimal platform performance.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a keen eye for detail. We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within an e-commerce environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with HTML and CSS, with a preference for experience using Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience writing both manual and automated test cases for frontend and backend systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both local and offshore teams.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, API testing tools like Postman, or automation frameworks such as Playwright or Selenium is considered a significant plus.
