Our team is dedicated to refining our Adaptive Digital Workplace, and we are currently seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join us on-site in the Netherlands. Key outcomes
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI features for our flagship product.
- Build and enhance our AI Assistant framework, specifically focusing on Retrieval-Augmented Generation systems that integrate with our various data sources.
- Research the latest advancements in generative AI to provide strategic advice and propose technical optimizations.
- Promote internal knowledge sharing regarding effective AI implementation while maintaining a strong awareness of potential risks.
- Drive the continuous improvement of our AI tools to ensure they remain the best-in-market solutions for our users.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of professional experience working as a Python developer.
- Strong foundational knowledge of Large Language Model approaches.
- Professional proficiency in the English language.
- A proactive and independent mindset, with the ability to solve complex, real-world challenges for a large user base.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with RAG systems and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in managing model inference pipelines, from data curation through to deployment.
- Practical experience deploying Dockerized API services on cloud platforms, with a preference for Azure.
- A clear vision for how to support and scale AI initiatives within a fast-growing company.
