What is this role?
We are seeking a Mid-Level Python Engineer to join our TestOps Platform team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based at our headquarters in Tempe, Arizona, where you will work Monday through Friday. In this role, you will focus on developing and enhancing internal test tools that empower our broader engineering organization to improve code quality and increase development velocity.
What will you do?
- Design, implement, and maintain software solutions for our internal test tool suite while writing clean, well-documented code.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand their testing needs and provide ongoing support for the tools you build.
- Explore and integrate automation and AI-driven concepts into our existing testing workflows to drive continuous improvement.

- At least 2 years of professional software development experience, specifically with Python for backend components.
- A solid understanding of web development, including both front-end and back-end concepts.
- Familiarity with APIs, database design, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in mastering test automation and AI integration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English.
