At Improvado, we are building an AI-powered platform that transforms how marketing teams at large enterprises and agencies handle their data. We take the complexity out of marketing intelligence, helping our clients organize their information and gain the insights they need to optimize budgets and improve campaign performance. Having raised 34 million dollars in Series A funding, we are growing quickly and working alongside major global brands like ASUS, Activision, and Docker. Our culture is defined by curiosity and a commitment to hard work, and we are looking for people who want to grow alongside us in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- You will work closely with our front-end team to integrate server-side logic and troubleshoot issues to ensure a fast, seamless experience for our users.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a strong mathematical background and a genuine passion for software engineering. You should be a curious learner who stays up to date with the latest industry best practices.
- You have basic knowledge of Python or at least one year of experience in a backend role, ideally using the Django framework.
- You are currently pursuing or have completed higher education in Computer Science.
- You are comfortable working in a Linux environment.

- You are comfortable collaborating with a team distributed across different time zones and communicate effectively in English.
Why you'll love it here
We believe in giving our team the freedom to do their best work. You will enjoy a fully remote role with flexible hours, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively. We also offer:
- 20 working days of paid time off each year.
- The opportunity for relocation assistance to Latin America after you successfully complete your probationary period.
- A budget for professional development to help you sharpen your skills.
- The potential to receive company stock options as we continue to grow.
- An open, fun, and supportive startup environment where your contributions are truly valued.
