We are currently seeking a Public Sector Compliance Manager for a full-time, remote position within the United States. Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary liaison between our Sales, RFP, and Legal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on complex projects.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of State, Local, and Education (SLED) contracts, including drafting, redlining, and negotiating non-standard agreements.
- Provide expert guidance on risk mitigation strategies and facilitate internal compliance with established contractual obligations and management directives.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in contract negotiation or program management specifically focused on public sector contracts.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-stakes government engagements, particularly within the information technology sector.
- Strong background in working with client delivery teams and navigating the complexities of State, Local, and Higher Education contracts.
- A Bachelor’s degree and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining exceptional organizational standards.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for future employer sponsorship.
