About the Role
We are seeking a Public Relations Lead/Manager to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic position where you will serve as a visionary leader, crafting and executing impactful PR programs that build our brand presence and align with our sales objectives. You will be responsible for driving media engagement, shaping organizational best practices, and ensuring our story reaches the right audience as we prepare for the AFEELA launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies while creating essential PR materials like press releases, speech notes, and interview preparation guides.
- Manage performance tracking systems to evaluate media coverage, monitor industry trends, and provide actionable insights that support our brand goals.
- Lead all PR outreach efforts, acting as the primary media contact and coordinating unique opportunities to showcase our fleet and assets to influencers and journalists.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in communications, with a strong preference for those with a background in PR agencies.
- Expertise in the public relations landscape and a proven ability to manage complex projects with high attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and reporting dashboards to translate data into strategy.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering measurable business results.
Location
This position is based in the United States and requires an on-site presence in Culver City, California.
Compensation and Benefits
The anticipated annual base salary for this role ranges from $110,000 to $160,000, depending on your experience, skills, and qualifications. In addition to salary, we offer a robust benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth:
