We are LifeStance Health, a national provider of outpatient mental healthcare that unites mental and physical services to improve access across the country. Our Colorado team is expanding, and we are hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners to deliver high-quality care in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and therapy for adult and child or adolescent patients in both telemedicine and in-person formats.
• Deliver evidence-based behavioral healthcare while maintaining strong clinical documentation and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a collegial environment supported by full administrative staff.
• Balance clinical work with professional growth through continuing education and long-term incentive programs.

Must-haves

• Active Colorado PMHNP license with Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification.
• Current or obtainable Prescriptive Authority and DEA registration.
• At least one year of PMHNP clinical experience.
• Proficiency in both medication management and therapy.
• Residency in Colorado (hybrid role, not 100 percent remote).
• English fluency.
