What you'll be doing

• You will own the cancellation process for our life and health insurance products, ensuring that every step of the procedure is efficient and smooth.
• You will build a detailed analytical framework to monitor cancellation workflows, identify root causes, and develop initiatives to reduce cancellation rates.
• You will coordinate the alignment of cancellation procedures while carefully considering the impact on sales compensation and managing requirements from additional insurers.

What you'll bring

• You have completed a professional education in the insurance industry or possess proven experience in process development.
• You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions while linking your observations to actual processes.
• You bring professional experience in the core processes of life and health insurance, specifically regarding cancellation procedures.
• You possess a solid understanding of the legal frameworks within the insurance sector.
• You enjoy working in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively across various departments.
• You are fluent in the German language.
